Yvonne de Groot

Yvonne de Groot is an experienced project leader and manager specializing in social domain transformation and youth programs. Currently serving as Project Leader for the social domain transformation at Gemeente Dijk en Waard since May 2025, Yvonne has held various roles including Coordinator and Advisor for regional collaboration in Youth and Wmo at Gemeente Gouda, and Regional Program Manager at Regio Amersfoort. Previous positions include Program Manager for the social domain at Gemeente Amstelveen, Manager of Education at Gemeente Utrecht, and strategic management roles within the social domain in various municipalities. Yvonne holds a Master’s degree in Policy and Management in International Organizations from the University of Groningen, along with extensive experience in policy development and implementation across different sectors.
