Arjen Luinenburg

Arjen Luinenburg is a seasoned professional in urban planning and management, currently serving as a program manager and strategic advisor at Luinenburg Advies & Management since November 2023, focusing on cross-domain issues for governmental and semi-governmental organizations. Since April 2020, Arjen has also held the position of program manager for the "future-proof housing" initiative at Gemeente Eemsdelta, overseeing projects related to municipal infrastructure and energy funding for societal organizations. Previous roles include a successful tenure as the head of the City Management Department at Gemeente Delfzijl and management positions in spatial planning at Grontmij Group and Langhenkel. Arjen's educational background includes a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Groningen and further studies at TU Eindhoven and the University of Washington.
