Niels Poort

Niels Poort is an accomplished project leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in project management and real estate. Since January 2021, Niels has been serving as Projectleider Versterkingsopgave at Gemeente Eemsdelta, while simultaneously founding and owning two ventures, Boven het Noorden since March 2021 and Blik op Voetbal since August 2022. Prior to these roles, Niels worked for Gemeente Appingedam as Projectregisseur Versterkingsopgave from August 2016 to January 2021 and held the position of Beleidsmedewerker Grondzaken at Gemeente Loppersum from October 2007 to July 2016. Niels Poort holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Hanze, completed between 2001 and 2006, following education at Comenius College Stadskanaal from 1995 to 2001.
