Ingeborg Brouwer

Ingeborg Brouwer possesses extensive experience in urban mobility, sustainability, and project management. Currently serving as Afdelingshoofd Mobiliteitstransitie en Bereikbaarheid and previously held the role of Adj. Afdelingshoofd Verkeer, Milieu en Duurzaamheid (VMD) at Gemeente Eindhoven since May 2020. Prior roles include Projectmanager E+ Operations DakVrienden at Essent and various managerial positions at VolkerWessels Bouw Schiphol and Aveco de Bondt, where responsibilities spanned from environmental management to tender strategy. Ingeborg's career also includes significant work in business development and consultancy at BAM Rail bv while leading projects that promote sustainability and innovation.
