Saskia Baars

Saskia Baars is an experienced professional in social work, currently serving as a Wmo consultant at Gemeente Etten-Leur since June 2021. Prior to this role, Saskia worked as a case manager in youth care at Gemeente Den Haag from August 2018 to May 2021 and as a caregiver at Middin between May 2017 and February 2018. Earlier career experience includes a position at Slachtofferhulp Nederland as an AB-Lab staff member, where innovative service delivery methods were tested, and volunteering to provide support to crime victims. Additionally, Saskia started in the field as a caregiver at Gemiva-SVG Groep, where involvement included internships and flexible positions. Educational qualifications include a Social Pedagogical Worker level 4 degree from De Haagse Hogeschool, attained between 2011 and 2016, and prior studies at ID college Gouda from 2007 to 2010.
