Aad Schoenmakers

Aad Schoenmakers is the owner of MENSenWERK COACHING, a coaching practice focused on personal and career development, established in December 2012. Additionally, Aad holds multiple roles as an external confidant for various organizations, including Xpect013, Technische Universiteit Eindhoven, Gemeente Laarbeek, Gemeente Gemert-Bakel, Gemeente Best, GGD Brabant-Zuidoost, and stichting PaON. Since February 2021, Aad has also served as a confidant, trainer, and intervision supervisor at the Landelijk Instituut Vertrouwenspersonen, and an external confidant for Cordaad Welzijn/Wél!zijn de Kempen. Educational qualifications include extensive training from institutions such as the Landelijk Instituut Vertrouwenspersonen and ITP - Institute for Transformation Psychology, complementing an academic background in Physics with an Ir degree from Delft University of Technology.
