Aad Schoenmakers is the owner of MENSenWERK COACHING, a coaching practice focused on personal and career development, established in December 2012. Gemert-Bakel is een uitgestrekte plattelandsgemeente en is met een oppervlakte van 12.362 hectare de grootste gemeente van de regio Eindhoven. De gemeente bestaat uit de kernen Gemert, Bakel, Elsendorp, Handel, Milheeze, De Mortel en De Rips. Zij heeft ruim 30.000 inwoners.
