Frans van Kessel

Frans van Kessel has extensive experience in energy transition and technical roles. Since July 1995, Frans has worked at Gemeente Gemert-Bakel as a Medewerker Energietransitie and engaged in sustainability initiatives. Previous positions include Systeembeheerder, where responsibilities encompassed managing Citrix, RES, Exchange, VMWare, Windows Server, and telecommunication systems. Prior to this, Frans served as a Software Engineer at Combat BV, handling full project responsibility, and as a Technisch Medewerker at Kingspan Unidek BV, overseeing factory automation. Additional roles include Electronicus in R&D at the Medical Systems Department and Technisch Specialist at the Ministry of Defence, focusing on communications between military branches. Frans holds a HBO bedrijfskunde degree and has completed several technical certifications.
