Ruud Karsbergen

Ruud Karsbergen has extensive experience in public administration and customer services, currently serving as a Senior Kwaliteitsadviseur Burgerzaken at Gemeente Goeree-Overflakkee since January 2013. Previous roles include Medewerker Burgerzaken/BRP and Security Officer (CISO) for information security at the same municipality, as well as similar positions at Gemeente Goedereede from 2007 to 2012. Ruud also has a background in management and sales from Postkantoren BV, where roles included Filiaalmanager and Verkoopmedewerker, and started a career in administration at Hollandse Wegenbouw Zanen. Educational qualifications include several specialized training programs related to public administration and data registration, with degrees as a GBA-Specialist and BA-BZ from Segment, and prior training from ROC-West-Brabant, LOI, and PTT.
