Jolies Te Paske

Jolies te Paske has extensive experience in human resource management, having worked as a P&O adviseur and HR adviseur across various municipalities in the Netherlands. Beginning with Gemeente Doetinchem from 1995 to 1997, Jolies then served at Gemeente Elburg until 2003, followed by a role at Gemeente Bussum until 2015, and is currently positioned at Gemeente Gooise Meren since January 2016. Responsibilities span a wide range of HRM areas, including policy development, training, career management, job evaluation, recruitment, and employee absence management. Jolies holds a Bachelor's degree in Personnel and Labor from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen, along with a post-bachelor qualification in strategic training, supplemented by various training programs between 2000 and 2013.
