Mieke Bos

Mieke Bos is an experienced online communication specialist and web manager at Gemeente Gooise Meren since November 2009, where responsibilities include establishing frameworks for online services and managing website development. Previously, Mieke served as an advisor in web management at Gemeente Hilversum and owned a web development business, WebWork, for 20 years, creating various government websites. Additional roles have included volunteer chair for Alzheimer Nederland and board member for Versa Welzijn, alongside political experience as a council member and fraction chair in Huizen. Mieke's early career included positions in public relations, notably developing the first website for RIVM, and obtaining education in communications and Google Analytics specialization.
