Ronald Gaartman

Ronald Gaartman is an experienced professional in recruitment and selection, currently serving as a geassocieerd partner at Aardoom & de Jong since June 2015, a firm specializing in the public sector and social organizations. Ronald holds various leadership roles on numerous advisory committees, including voorzitter of the bezwarencommissie at Flevo-landschap and voorzitter of the bezwarencommissie personeel for De BEL municipalities. With a history of managerial positions at Achmea and legal roles as bestuursrechter at Rechtbank Haarlem, Ronald brings extensive expertise in HR management, legal affairs, and policy development. Ronald obtained a Master’s degree in Dutch Law with a focus on private law from the University of Amsterdam from 1975 to 1981.
