Rutger Lith

Rutger Lith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy advising and project management within various municipalities. Currently serving as a Project Leader and Policy Advisor at Gemeente Gooise Meren since February 2021, Rutger focuses on education policy and is responsible for the implementation of new integration laws and the coordination of refugee assistance for Ukrainian migrants. Prior roles include Policy Advisor at Gemeente Baarn and Project Leader at Gemeente Zaanstad, where notable projects included integration and participation for permit holders and initiatives targeting youth crime. Rutger's earlier experience encompasses roles at EY as a Global Account Coordinator, where coordination with multinational clients was key, as well as a project advisory role at Transitiepartners, and an editorial position at TMG.
