Lidewij de Ruijter

Lidewij de Ruijter is a legal and procurement expert with extensive experience in the construction and public sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Adviseur Inkoop at Gemeente Gouda since November 2021, Lidewij de Ruijter previously worked as an Adviseur Aanbestedingen at Bouwend Nederland from October 2018 to November 2021, and as a Jurist at SWK from July 2017 to August 2018. Earlier roles include various temporary legal support positions and a Correspondent Jurisprudentie at the Instituut voor Bouwrecht, where Lidewij de Ruijter contributed to publications and conducted legal research. Educationally, Lidewij de Ruijter holds multiple Master of Laws degrees in Public International Law and Criminal Law, along with a Bachelor of Laws degree, all from Leiden University.
