Marjo van Loon

Marjo Van Loon has extensive experience in various roles primarily focusing on integration, cultural heritage, and tourism. Currently, Marjo serves as team leader of integration and volunteer information at Gemeente Gouda since October 2006, overseeing a team dedicated to translating policy into practical implementation. Previous positions include coordinator for status holders programs, project leader for the Wet Inburgering '21, and advisor for volunteer policies. Marjo has also contributed to significant projects in cultural heritage, such as serving as a policy officer at the Rijksdienst voor het Oudheidkundig Bodemonderzoek and working as a project leader for national initiatives related to industrial heritage. Marjo holds a Master's degree in history from Rijksuniversiteit Utrecht and has a background in education and training within cultural history.
