Herben Het Lam

Herben het Lam is a legal advisor and planning jurist currently working for Gemeente Haarlem and Gemeente Zandvoort since April 2023, focusing on legal and spatial planning for development projects. Previous experience includes roles as a Junior Advisor in Urban Planning at Kinran and as a WABO permit issuer for both Omgevingsdienst Regio Arnhem and gemeente Doesburg. Additionally, Herben held various positions at IKEA, including communications coordinator for the local co-determination council, and worked as a sales assistant at Coop Supermarkten. Education includes a Master's in Human Geography: Political Geography from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's in Human Geography & Urban Planning from the same institution, among other academic qualifications.
