Johan Douma

Johan Douma is an experienced professional with a diverse background in contract management, project leadership, and coaching. Currently serving as Contractmanager Sociaal Domein at Dienst Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid Noardwest Fryslân since May 2021, Johan oversees the management and tendering of Wmo contracts while nurturing relationships with healthcare providers. As the owner and coach at Jiu Jitsu Kenmei since August 2011, Johan aids individuals of all ages in developing physical and mental resilience through martial arts and fitness training. Additionally, as Projectleider for the Buurtpreventie Harlingen at Gemeente Harlingen/Politie Noord-Nederland, Johan has successfully implemented community prevention projects to address crime issues. Previous roles include Teamleider at Rentex, Beleidsadviseur at Veiligheidsregio Fryslân, and various positions at Achmea, where Johan contributed significantly to contract management and product development. Johan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Commerciële Economie from NHL Hogeschool.
