Marisa de Ruiter

Marisa de Ruiter is an experienced professional in social policy and community services. Currently serving as Loco-secretaris and Keteneigenaar Sociaal at Gemeente Hattem since August 2016, Marisa has coordinated various initiatives including support for Ukrainian refugees, domestic violence and child abuse prevention, and public safety. Previous roles include a policy advisor position at Gemeente Dronten focused on volunteer and caregiver policy, subsidy policies, and poverty initiatives from June 2012 to August 2016, as well as a role in sports facility management at Gemeente Meppel. Marisa holds a Master of Arts in Kunstbeleid en -management and a Bachelor of Arts in Taal- en cultuurstudies from Utrecht University.
