Eric van der Goot

Eric van der Goot is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently, Eric serves as a partner and attorney at Rotshuizen Geense Advocaten since September 2011. Additionally, Eric is a member and secretary of the Supervisory Board at Rabobank Leeuwarden-Noordwest Friesland since July 2023 and participates in the Remuneration Committee. Eric has been active in the Commission for Supervision of Detention Care in Northern Netherlands at the Ministry of Justice and Security since January 2018, overseeing the treatment and safety of detainees. As a corporate lawyer, Eric is detached at Medisch Centrum Leeuwarden and also practices at Noorderbreedte and Ziekenhuis Tjongerschans since August 2015. Furthermore, Eric has been serving as a member of the advisory committee for objections at the municipalities of Hattem, Heerde, and Oldebroek since April 2019. Eric's educational background includes a Master of Civil Law and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Groningen, alongside studies at Grotius Academie and the Dutch Bar Association.
