Tini Smits

Tini Smits has extensive experience in municipal administration, serving since August 1999 at Gemeente Heeze-Leende in various roles, including Gemeentesecretaris, Manager Strategie en Beleid Ruimtelijk Domein, and concerncontroller. In the capacity of concerncontroller, Tini Smits participates in the OGON, contributing to discussions on tactical and operational matters regarding collaboration and service delivery among three municipalities. Previous roles include Wnd gemeentesecretaris and afdelingshoofd Beheer en Vastgoed, overseeing the development and maintenance of public spaces and buildings. Tini Smits also served as a Projectleider, managing projects such as the reconstruction of rural areas and the construction of a fire station. Prior to this, Tini Smits worked at Gemeente Asten from September 1991 to July 1999 as a vergunningverlener/beleidsmedewerker milieu, focusing on environmental permit regulation and compliance.
