Coen Beernink

Coen Beernink is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategic policy advising, training, and project management. Currently serving as Eigenaar at ConCetto Development since October 2018, Coen specializes in organizational development and coaching. In addition, Coen holds the position of Strategisch beleidsadviseur Maatschappij & Partnerschap at Gemeente Hengelo since March 2021 and is the Voorzitter of Sportvereniging Club of All-Stars. Previous roles include project management for Deventer Informatiestad and Gemeente Deventer, as well as concept development for Saxion Hogescholen. Coen has a foundational background in corporate recruitment and development from positions with Sigmax and Logic4 business software. Educational qualifications include an MBA from TSM Business School and various certifications from multiple institutions.
