Jan-Paul Boutkan

Jan-Paul Boutkan currently serves as Afdelingsmanager Openbare Ruimte & Omgeving at Gemeente Hengelo and as Voorzitter programmaraad at Stichting Fonds Fysieke Leefomgeving. Additionally, Jan-Paul is a member of the Adviesraad MKB Infra, providing advice on procurement processes for MKB infrastructure companies, and holds roles in various organizations, including as Extern Lid Examencommissie Civiele Techniek at Universiteit Twente and Ledenraadslid at Rabobank Enschede-Haaksbergen. Previous positions include Teamleider Project Sturing at Provincie Overijssel and multiple leadership roles in the Gemeente Enschede, where Jan-Paul led projects in civil engineering and public space management. Jan-Paul holds an MSc in Civil Engineering and Management from the University of Twente and a BSc in Dredging Technology and Management from Hanze Hogeschool Groningen.
