Kelly van der Elst

Kelly van der Elst is an experienced advisor in spatial planning and environmental policy, currently serving as Adviseur Omgevingsplan at gemeente Someren and Adviseur Omgevingsplan Hilvarenbeek within the Ordito project group. Kelly van der Elst has a strong background in projects related to environmental planning, having previously worked on significant assignments such as updating regulations for land use and managing complex zoning processes.
