Rik Heesters

Rik Heesters has extensive experience in sustainability policy and management, currently serving as Beleidsmedewerker Duurzaamheid at Gemeente Hilvarenbeek since August 2022, focusing on sustainability and energy transition. Previously, Rik held various managerial roles at MVGM from July 2017 to August 2022, including Senior Accountmanager VvE, overseeing the management of over 2,600 homeowners' associations. Rik's career at Rabobank Eindhoven-Veldhoven spanned over three decades from January 1984 to July 2017, where multiple leadership roles were held, such as Teamleader, Manager, and Supervisor within various departments. Rik holds an Associate Degree in Management Economics and Law Studies from Avans University of Applied Sciences and has additional qualifications in mortgage advice from the University of Antwerp.
