Vince Breevaart

Vince Breevaart is an experienced professional specializing in crisis management and public safety. Currently serving as a freelancer at V&R since January 2024, Vince provides critical observations and feedback for crisis management officials within the realm of Population Care. Since July 2022, Vince has held the role of Adviseur OOV & Crisisbeheersing at Gemeente Hoeksche Waard, offering advice to the mayor on public order and crisis response matters, as well as managing event preparations.
