Ingo Ortmanns

Ingo Ortmanns is an experienced Project Leader and Consultant with a strong focus on social and economic self-reliance initiatives for residents. Currently serving as Project Leader at Gemeente Huizen since May 2018, Ingo has also held various roles such as owner of Manns Consultancy, providing tailored solutions for organizations in both profit and non-profit sectors since November 2015. Previous positions include Advisor at AMN, where Ingo worked on enhancing local social economies and improving job market connections, and Project Leader at Regio Gooi en Vechtstreek, focusing on employer services. With a background in operational management in hospitality, Ingo has collaborated with multiple governmental and educational organizations to address labor market and reintegration challenges. Ingo holds a degree in Organizational Consultancy from Talent in Uitvoering (ACTA-Advies).
