Sjoerd van Klink

Sjoerd van Klink is an experienced HR Consultant at Rabobank, specializing in leadership support during transitions and advising on various HR-related cases since June 2019. With a strong focus on Agile methodologies, Sjoerd has served as Chapter Lead Agile Transformation, Agile Lead Coach for Markets & Treasury and B2B Services, and facilitated the implementation of the scaled agile framework Simplify@Scale.
