Charlotte Berends Pijl has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR adviseur at Gemeente IJsselstein since March 2019. Previously, Charlotte worked as an HRM-consultant and a trainee HRM-consultant at Driessen from January 2016 to March 2019. An early role included a research project on succession planning at Brocacef in 2015. Charlotte began in the field as a Human Resources intern at Meander Medisch Centrum, achieving a cum laude distinction. Educational credentials include a recent completion of HR strategy coursework at Nyenrode Business University and a Bachelor's degree from Hogeschool van Utrecht, enriched by participation in the HR Summerschool.
