Charlotte Berends Pijl has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR adviseur at Gemeente IJsselstein since March 2019. Previously, Charlotte worked as an HRM-consultant and a trainee HRM-consultant at Driessen from January 2016 to March 2019.
