Mickel Beckers

Mickel Beckers has been with Gemeente Lansingerland since May of 2019, serving as the GM, Municipal Secretary, and Corporate Director of Operations. Prior to that, they were with EIC Mainport Rotterdam from March of 2015 to May of 2019, where they served as a member of the board of supervision. Mickel was also with Gemeente Rotterdam from April of 2001 to December of 2010, serving as the Director of Sports, Education, and Culture. Mickel's first position was with Bureau Rotterdam Interim Management from January of 2001 to January of 2010, where they served as an Interim Manager.

Mickel Beckers is a Toezichthouder (inspector) who studied management at Nyenrode Business University and Radboud University. Mickel also attended Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN).

They work with Esther Boonstra - Corporate Director, Society, Marijke Walhout - Clerk, and Gerard van Wijhe - Corporate Director, Spatial Planning & Economy. Their manager is Pieter van De Stadt, Mayor.
