Ferdy Schouls

Ferdy Schouls is an experienced technical advisor specializing in public lighting and electrical installations. Currently serving as Technisch Adviseur OVL at Gemeente Leiden since January 2021, Ferdy previously held roles at Gemeente Den Haag, including Directievoerder/TZH OVL and Toezichthouder OVL. Prior to that, Ferdy worked at Maandag® as Beheerder OVL & VRI and served as Adviseur Openbare Verlichting at Gemeente Rijswijk. Additional experience includes coordination of electrical installations at Gemeente Stichtse Vecht and various roles in the electrical sector at Heijmans from 2002 to 2017. Ferdy's career began in the military, serving as a soldaat der eerste klasse in the Ministerie van Defensie, where involvement included peacekeeping operations. Ferdy is educated in electrical and data systems, holding degrees from Deltion College.
