Carlos Genders

Carlos Genders has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as Project Director for Asset Management at Royal HaskoningDHV since July 2012, focusing on infrastructure, risk management, and policy development. Concurrently, Carlos has been a member of the city council for VVD Leusden since November 2008, holding various leadership positions and contributing to topics such as spatial development, economic affairs, and budget oversight. Previous roles include Project Manager at DHV and Royal Haskoning, as well as civil engineer at Grontmij, and involvement in fundraising for Holland Opera. Carlos holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a diploma from Sint-Maartenscollege Maastricht.
