Prisca Braat

Prisca Braat is an experienced beleidsadviseur with a background in social policy and communication. Currently serving as a Beleidsadviseur Sociaal Domein at Gemeente Leusden since October 2023, Prisca previously held the position of Senior beleidsmedewerker participatie at Gemeente Zutphen. Prior to that, experience includes a significant tenure at BVNG, where responsibilities encompassed policy development and funding strategies for various social initiatives in collaboration with Gemeente Nunspeet. Additionally, experience at Gemeente Hof van Twente involved senior policy roles related to employment and income, as well as project leadership for socio-economic visions. Before transitioning into policy advisory roles, Prisca held several communication positions in organizations, including the University of Twente and VARA. Educational qualifications include a Doctoraal in History from the University of Amsterdam and a propadeuse in Journalism from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
