Chanine Boekestein-Dragt

Chanine Boekestein-Dragt is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and social legal services. Currently serving as an HR business partner, as well as an advisor in personnel and organization, at Gemeente Medemblik since October 2020, Chanine has also held the position of consultant for labor conditions and legal status. Prior experience includes an internship at GGZ Noord-Holland-Noord, where research focused on the intersection of the Wet verplichte geestelijke gezondheidszorg and the Wet zorg en dwang for psychogeriatric and intellectually disabled clients. Additionally, Chanine worked in various roles, including as a server at Duinoord's Steakhouse and as a trainee in social counseling at MeerWaarde. Education includes a Bachelor of Laws in Social Legal Services from Hogeschool Leiden, completed in 2020, along with earlier studies at Lyceum aan Zee and Mavo aan Zee.
