Albertine Den Ouden

Albertine den Ouden serves as an HR-businesspartner at Gemeente Molenlanden since March 2023, contributing to various teams and project groups. Previously, Albertine worked at Rabobank from July 2016 to April 2023, where notable achievements include co-developing and implementing the GROW! Performance Management system globally and establishing a training program for all leaders. Prior roles at Rabobank included HR-adviseur and HR-medewerker at different branches, providing management support and guiding numerous reorganizations and individual cases. Albertine holds a Master’s degree in Arbeids- en Organisatiepsychologie and a Bachelor’s degree in Personeel & Arbeid, complemented by early experience in retail and internships.
