Piet Den Hertog

Piet den Hertog has extensive experience in the field of cultural heritage and monument preservation, serving as an advisor for Bureau Helsdingen since January 2000. Piet's roles in various municipalities, including chairperson and member positions in committees focused on spatial quality and heritage, demonstrate a commitment to preserving historical structures. Notably, Piet has held leadership roles in several heritage-related organizations, such as Boerderijstichting Utrecht and Stichting Boerderij & Erf. Additionally, Piet has contributed as a freelance monument expert for diverse inventory projects. Piet den Hertog possesses a Master of Arts in Heritage Studies from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, completed in June 2022.
