Rocco van de Kar

Rocco van de Kar has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Projectleider Energietransitie and Specialist Energie & Installaties at Gemeente Noordoostpolder since February 2001. Prior to this role, Rocco worked at Elektro Emmeloord BV as a Werkvoorbereider/CAD tekenaar from January 1996 to January 2001. Rocco's education includes project management training from de Baak in 2018 and studies at Deltion College Zwolle and Zuyderzee College Emmeloord, where foundational skills in the field were developed between 1987 and 2001.
