Esther van Wel

Esther van Wel is an experienced strategic communication advisor currently working at Gemeente Oisterwijk since December 2000. With a strong background in advising on communication issues, Esther employs a professional yet humorous approach to motivate individuals. Past roles within the municipality include coordinator of communication and project leader, overseeing significant events such as the 800th anniversary celebration of Oisterwijk and the King's visit in 2013. In addition to the position at Gemeente Oisterwijk, Esther serves as an independent discussion leader and chairperson since April 2023, facilitating dialogues, symposia, and debates. Esther's educational background includes an advanced management program from TIAS School for Business and Society and a degree from Utrecht University. Previous experience also includes a marketing role at ctac from 1996 to 2000.
