Drs. Marco Blom is a seasoned project leader and consultant with extensive experience in public administration and consultancy. Currently serving as Projectleider for Gemeente Ooststellingwerf and Projectmanager for Gemeente Hardenberg, Drs. Blom has also held positions such as Owner of MBL Consultancy and Partner at Rojas Specialty Coffee. Past roles include project leadership in implementing the Wet Open Overheid for multiple municipalities and managing processes and risks at Zilveren Kruis. With a strong foundation in psychology from the University of Groningen, Drs. Blom possesses a robust skill set in enterprise architecture and process management.
