Roy Opstals

Roy Opstals is an experienced professional in spatial planning and project management. Currently serving as Adviseur Omgevingsontwikkeling at Gemeente Peel en Maas since January 2022, Roy specializes in spatial development and advising, focusing on guiding spatial procedures and implementing environmental legislation.
