Loes Bernaert-Hillen

Loes Bernaert-Hillen currently serves as the Chair of the Social Domain Advisory Council for Gemeente Renswoude since June 2021. With extensive experience at UWV, Loes has held the position of staff occupational expert at WERKbedrijf Utrecht since June 2018, following previous roles from 2006 to 2018 with UWV-WERKbedrijf, SMZ, and B&B. Responsibilities have included assessing claims for unemployment benefits and implementing reintegration measures to enhance workforce participation. Loes has also contributed as a staff member focused on administrative organization and training at Cadans. Additionally, Loes served as a board member of the NVvA, promoting the professionalization of occupational experts. Educational credentials include a degree as a Labor Expert from GAK, a Preventive Manager degree from Open Universiteit Nederland, and a Bachelor of Education from the Pedagogical Academy in Amersfoort, among other qualifications.
