Lisanne Baak

Lisanne Baak is an experienced urban planner currently serving as a Planoloog at Gemeente Rotterdam since January 2025. Prior to this role, Lisanne held the position of Beleidsadviseur Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling / Planoloog at Gemeente Schiedam from November 2019 to January 2025 and worked as a Projectleider strategie at Woonstad Rotterdam for a brief period in 2017-2018. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Urbanism and a Master of Science in Science Communication from Delft University of Technology, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Bouwkunde from the same institution. Additionally, Lisanne completed a Masterclass in Omgevingspsychologie at the University of Amsterdam in 2022. In the past, Lisanne contributed as a Studentmentor at the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment at TU Delft and served as Secretary and Chair of the promotion committee at D.S.K.V. Paal Centraal.
