Wietse Kunst

Wietse Kunst has extensive experience in the building and real estate sectors, currently serving as Bouwkundig adviseur verduurzaming at Gemeente Schiedam since August 2015, focusing on sustainability in the built environment. Previously, Wietse Kunst held roles such as Bouw- en Woninginspecteur, executing private housing improvement projects and providing permit advice. From October 2014 to March 2018, Wietse Kunst was the owner of Vastgoed Keuring, conducting technical real estate inspections for private clients. Prior experience at Bouwmaat included positions as Sr. Accountmanager and Accountmanager, supporting construction projects and advising on materials. Wietse Kunst also contributed to collectivities in the housing market through Klushuizen Driehoek Katendrecht, managing maintenance planning and inspections. Wietse Kunst holds two Bachelor's Degrees in Marketing Communication and Integral Property Inspector and has pursued various professional trainings in the field.
