Mieke Deruytter

Mieke Deruytter has extensive expertise in finance and budgeting, currently serving as Coördinator budget, beleid en boekhouding at Gemeente Schoten since June 2018. Prior to this role, Mieke worked as financieel verantwoordelijke at Stad Antwerpen from June 2011 to June 2018, following a position as junior auditor/accountant at Walkiers & Co bedrijfsrevisoren from June 2008 to June 2011. Mieke began a career in auditing as a junior auditor at Deloitte from September 2007 to May 2008. Mieke holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp and has foundational education from Sint-Lambertusschool.
