Rony Lejaeghere

Rony Lejaeghere is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking and public sector. Currently serving as Algemeen directeur at Gemeente Schoten since June 2018 and as Gemeentesecretaris since January 2017, Rony's leadership roles at KBC Bank & Verzekering span over a decade, where responsibilities included General Manager of Corporate Banking Policy & Support, Corporate Banking Belgium, and Retail Banking Antwerpen, among others. Rony has a proven track record in strategic development, budget management, and team leadership, having successfully led numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing corporate banking operations and integrating corporate activities during key transitions. Rony holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp.
