Jeroen Veltman

Jeroen Veltman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management, particularly within the public sector. Currently serving as Senior Project Leader at gemeente Smallingerland since September 2024, Jeroen previously held the position of Program and Project Manager at Provincie Groningen for 24 years. Jeroen's expertise encompasses the implementation of the Omgevingswet, the development of the omgevingsvisie, and management of programs related to energy transition and regional frameworks. Additional roles include Senior Project Leader and Environmental Manager in mobility projects, and leadership in traffic management initiatives across various organizations. Jeroen holds a degree in Traffic Engineering from NHL Hogeschool and has completed further education at TSM Business School and Noorderlink.
