Hanneke van Geffen

Hanneke van Geffen is an experienced professional in youth and social services management, currently serving as Team Leader for Youth, Education, Wmo, and Process Management at Gemeente Twenterand since August 2020. Previously, Hanneke held various leadership roles at Gemeente Almelo, including Team Manager of Urban Implementation, managing multiple teams focused on complex households, truancy, and community care. Hanneke also contributed to establishing Social District Teams at De Nieuwe Organisatie/Avedan and led various access teams at BJzO, showcasing extensive expertise in team management and social work. Hanneke began a career in youth support as a Group Leader at Jarabee, following a strong educational foundation with a VWO degree from H.N. Werkman College and further studies at Hanze University.
