Martin Te Grotenhuis

Martin te Grotenhuis is an experienced water management professional currently serving as an Adviseur stedelijk water at Gemeente Utrecht since July 2024 and as Founder and CEO of de Zwitserse kustwacht since November 2023. Previous roles include Consultant Urban Water Management at Royal HaskoningDHV and Drainage Engineer at NACO, both from October 2015 to June 2024. Martin also worked as an Urban Drainage expert for the Netherlands Enterprise Agency in early 2024 and served as Adviseur Stedelijk Water & Riolering at Gemeente 's-Hertogenbosch from October 2015 to February 2020. Education includes a Pre-Master in Architecture from ArtEZ University of the Arts, ongoing study in a Master's program in Programming for Data Science at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, a Bachelor's in Land- en Watermanagement from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences, and a minor in Hydraulic engineering and Water management from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
