Carlijne Philips

Carlijne Philips is an experienced professional with a strong background in research and advisory roles within various municipalities and educational institutions. Currently serving as an Onderzoeksadviseur at GEMEENTE VELSEN since October 2022, Carlijne previously held significant positions including Associate at BCL Instituut, Raadsadviseur/commissiegriffier at Gemeente Leiden, and Owner of Breingemak, which focused on brain function and sustainable learning.
