Bernd Knoops

Bernd Knoops possesses extensive experience in functional management and project leadership within municipal contexts, currently serving as a Functioneel beheerder zaakgericht werken at Gemeente Venray since January 2018. Prior to this role, Bernd Knoops contributed to Gemeente Venlo for over three decades, undertaking positions such as Projectleider KCC and ict beheerder from February 1986 to January 2018.
