Dave Moorrees

Dave Moorrees has extensive experience in project management and advisory roles within local government and regional organizations in the Netherlands. Currently serving as Project Leader for the red and green holiday parks in Northern Limburg at Gemeente Venray since February 2022, Moorrees also holds the position of Senior Advisor on Leisure Economics. Previous roles include Advisor for Environmental Development at Gemeente Peel en Maas from January 2010 to February 2022, Project Leader for the Regional Food initiative at Regio Venlo from 2014 to 2016, and Inter-Municipal Project Coordinator for Recreation and Tourism at Gemeente Maasbree from January 1999 to January 2010. Additionally, Moorrees worked as a Policy Officer for Cultural Technology in the rural area at Gemeente Deurne from August 1993 to February 1999. Educationally, Moorrees holds a bachelor's degree in Garden and Landscape Design from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences, completed in 1991.
