Ingrid Starmans

Ingrid Starmans is an experienced professional in the fields of education, research, and public administration. Currently, Ingrid serves as Teammanager Vergunningverlening Toezicht Handhaving at Gemeente Venray since September 2017. Ingrid has been with SKOzoK since December 2006, where the role includes staff responsibilities in education and project leadership for two AZC schools. Previous roles include researcher and trainer at NIFV, head of OOV and director SO at Gemeente Venray, senior researcher and consultant at ES&E, and researcher and teacher at Universiteit Utrecht. Ingrid began their career with research at TU Delft. Ingrid holds a degree in Cultural Anthropology from Utrecht University, completed between 1979 and 1987.
